Rules for Smart Block Group when applying to an email

Step 1: The "smart block group" conditions need to be satisfied for it to get to step two.

Step 2: It will go through each "smart block" listed in the "smart block group" and check the conditions. The conditions for each "smart block #1" need to be true for "smart block #1" to render, next to the conditions for each "smart block #2" needs to be true for "smart block #2" to render, next to the conditions for each "smart block #3" needs to be true for "smart block #3" to render, etc.
