If you have a large number of property triggers in a transaction, you can either search through all of them using keywords, or you can filter the property triggers based on the template they were applied from. Either option will help you find the property trigger(s) you need to work on.

Important:

Depending on your subscription with Open To Close, property triggers may not be available to you. To check out what's included in your subscription, please visit our pricing page.

Searching Through Property Triggers

To search for specific property triggers, you can use the search bar next to the All Triggers button. Type in the keyword(s) you want to search by, and click on Search. This will pull up all property triggers that have that keyword so you can work through them.

Once you are done with those property triggers, you can click on the X next to the keyword, which is directly under the Add Trigger button.

Filtering Through Property Trigger Templates

If you need to filter your property triggers based on the template they were applied from, you can click on the All Triggers button. This will show you all of the property trigger templates that have been applied, including the date they were applied. Select the one you want to filter by to review those specific property triggers.

You will be able to see which property trigger template you have filtered by because the All Triggers button will show a funnel icon with the name of the property trigger template next to it.

After you are done looking over the property trigger template, you can select All Triggers from the drop-down to see all of the property triggers again.
