Let fans know when pre-sale starts and when they should expect their access email.

Top tip: Setup an automated broadcast to send fans an email confirmation of their registration for pre-sale access. The trigger should be the config tag from the landing page. If you've opted to use a correct answer to help determine if fans are human, use the correct answer tag as your trigger for the automation.

Poll Step Configuration

If you've opted to use clear answers not only to segment fans but also to trigger an email to successful fans.

If you're using a Poll Step to gauge demand, make sure to include all show dates so you know which fans would like to come to each show - add as many answer options as needed. Depending on the size of your venues, this could be key data for potential venue upgrades.
