QR codes are the simplest way to acquire new fans and enrich data for your existing fans.

Visible QRs at your shows open up instant sign-up flows, helping you identify regular gig-goers and brand new fans!

Create a QR code

1. To generate your QR code, navigate to:

Engage > QR codes

2. Click Create QR code.

3. You will be presented with the QR code generator.

Here you can:

  • Add a link to one of your Openstage pages, or any external URL

  • Add an image to the centre of the QR code

  • Alter the colour of the QR code

Black and white are the most common colours, and generally work best, but colours can be adjusted to match your current campaign.

We would recommend using contrasting colours to ensure the code can be read.

4. After you've added your link and any images, hit Preview to see the generated code.

5. When the QR code is complete, hit Create!

Once created, the QR code can be downloaded.

πŸ’ͺ Top Tip: Make sure to test the flow from scanning your QR through to it's destination link.

Creation of the QR code is a good time to check everything is in working order, especially if the QR is to be printed or put up on event screens.
