Where does the Orion ship?
The Orion currently ships within the United States, and shipping is free.
We are actively working on expanding internationally, but we do not have a confirmed timeline yet. See International Shipping Availability.
When will my order ship?
The current shipping window is shown on the product page when you order, and demand sometimes means orders ship in batches. Your confirmation email arrives when you place the order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking follows as soon as your order is on the way.
If you do not see your confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder.
If your order is taking longer than the window you were shown, contact Orion Support with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it stands. If the timing no longer works for you, we can also cancel any unshipped order for a full refund. See Changing or Canceling Your Order.
How long does delivery take once shipped?
Transit typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. The Control Tower and Smart Cover often travel separately, and a Sleep Test ships on its own. See Shipment Tracking and Delivery Status.
I will be traveling. Can you hold my delivery?
Yes, if your order has not shipped. Contact Orion Support with your order number and the dates you are away, and we will time the shipment so it does not sit on your porch.
What should I expect when my order arrives?
Your Orion Sleep System arrives in two boxes:
The Control Tower
The Smart Cover
If you also ordered a Sleep Test, it arrives separately and can be used before setting up your Orion.
Do I need to prepare anything before delivery?
To make setup easier, we recommend:
Space near the head of your bed for the Control Tower
A power outlet within reach
Downloading the Orion app in advance
A jug of distilled water, which you will need during setup
How do I set up the Orion?
Setup is guided in the app and takes about 30 minutes. The app walks you through everything, from placing the Smart Cover to filling the Control Tower.
