When will my results be ready?
Your Sleep Test results are typically available the next day after you complete your test.
How do I see them?
Once your results are ready, book an appointment with an Orion Sleep Advisor through the Orion app to review them and ask questions.
If the option is not showing in your app, you can book directly at app.orionsleep.com/meetings, or contact Orion Support and we will arrange it.
What does the consultation cover?
Your Sleep Advisor reads your report before the call, then:
Walks you through your temperature curve
Explains where your sleep is being disrupted
Turns the findings into settings for your Orion
Do I have to book a call?
No. If you would rather review the results on your own, tell Orion Support and we will send your Sleep Test report without a consultation.
We do recommend the call. The report is more useful with someone to interpret it.
I had my consultation and never received my report
Contact Orion Support with the date of your call and the advisor you spoke with, and we will send it directly.
