Can we both take the test?
Yes. Each person needs their own test and their own device. The patch is single use and cannot be moved to another person.
Do we have to test on the same night?
No. Take them on whatever nights suit each of you.
Do we each need our own account?
Yes. Sign in to your own Orion account and start the test from there, even if your partner placed the order. That keeps your results on your profile rather than your partner's.
How do our results apply to the bed?
Each person's results personalize their own side.
Contact Orion Support with both order numbers if either test will not activate or scan.
