Do I need a subscription to use Orion?
No. The Orion Sleep System works without a subscription.
Unlike many sleep systems that require a subscription to access core functionality, Orion does not require one to buy or use the bed. Your heating, cooling, schedules, thermal wake-up, dual zone control, guest invites, human support, and 2-year warranty all work whether you subscribe or not.
Orion Intelligence is an optional membership that adds sleep tracking and personalization on top.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new Orion Sleep System includes a 60-day free trial of Orion Intelligence, so you can use every feature before deciding.
What does Orion Intelligence include?
Nightly sleep stage tracking
Heart rate monitoring
Movement tracking
Heart rate variability insights
Personalized sleep recommendations
Water purification tablets shipped to you
Early access to new Orion features
How much does it cost?
After the 60-day free trial, $250 per year.
That works out to about 68 cents a night, and it includes your water purification tablets.
If you financed your system through HFD, your plan already includes two years of Orion Intelligence, prepaid. Nothing extra is billed and nothing auto-renews. See Understanding Charges on Your Statement.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Orion keeps working. Heating and cooling, your schedules, your thermal wake-up, guest invites, human support, and your 2-year warranty are all unaffected.
You lose sleep stage tracking, heart rate, movement and HRV data, personalized recommendations, tablet shipments, and early access to new features.
You can resubscribe at any time.
How do I add Orion Intelligence?
Choose Add Orion Intelligence or Don't Add Orion Intelligence at checkout when buying a new system. You can also add it later at any time.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
In the Orion app, open Device Settings and then Orion Intelligence.
If you cannot find it, or you have a question about billing, contact Orion Support.
If you are seeing a charge you do not recognize, it may not be a subscription at all. See Understanding Charges on Your Statement.
