Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security method that requires users to confirm their identity using two separate forms of verification. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, even if a password is compromised.

We have added 2FA to make the portal more secure. An Orka Works portal user can now have two-factor authentication (2FA) managed via SMS or email. This means you can enable both 2FA methods, and when you log in, the portal will ask where you'd like the verification code sent.

We recommend all users to enable 2FA to ensure the highest level of security. If you have any issues, please reach out to our team for further guidance.
