Vetting top-up

"I've been asked to top up my vetting" - what does this mean?

What does this mean?

The National Security Inspectorate (NSI) has stated that all workers must have an updated vetting file within 90 days of their last check.

This means that all workers need to work within 90 days of being cleared or within 90 days of their last shift with Orka. This applies ongoing for all workers and is non-negotiable regardless of not being accepted for shifts etc.

If you were vetted prior to our offering in-house vetting, then you will need to be completely revetted by our in-house team.

If you were vetted in-house, then you will need to top up after 90 days from either the last time you worked or from when you were cleared, whichever is more recent.

Please note that you will not be able to work with us until you have had your vetting file topped up.

What do I do now?

We want to get you working as soon as possible so please act promptly to resubmit your file or to provide us with the documentation that we have requested.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@orkacheck.com - our compliance team will be reviewing queries and providing assistance where possible.

Please do not send multiple messages about the same issue.
