Changes are bound to happen in the security industry, so we have a cancellation policy in place that caters to the flexibility needed.

If you cancel shifts that already have an approved worker more than 24 hours before the shift starts, no fee will be charged.

If you cancel shifts that already have an approved worker within 24 hours of the shift starting, a fee of 50% is charged and payable to the approved worker.

We also have you covered on the worker side!

If a worker cancels their shift within 48 hours, they will pick up a strike. Additionally, if a worker doesn't show up for their shift, they will pick up two strikes.

We operate on a three-strike policy, so if a worker gets more than or equal to three strikes, they will be suspended from the Orka Works platform.
