Sometimes you might just want to notify a specific worker to apply for a shift as opposed to notifying the entire Orka Works community.

To do this is really simple. Just navigate to the notify button when adding shifts, and type in the name of the applicant you would like to apply for the shift.

⚠️ Be sure to remember that by inviting the worker to apply, this does not mean that they will be working the shifts. You will still need to wait for them to apply and then you will have to approve them for the shift!

For shifts that you have only notified specific worker(s) for, you will see a little icon to the right of the shift.

The worker you invited has 48 hours to apply to the shift and be approved before the shift gets pushed out to the rest of the Orka Works community.
