In order for the shifts/duties to be sent from TEAM (Timegate) to Orka Works, Orka Works has to be set up on your TEAM (Timegate) portal as a Third Party Supplier Branch.
Step 1
To create a new branch, navigate to the new button at the top of your TEAM (Timegate) dashboard, and click Branch.
Step 2
Then fill in the necessary fields...
Branch Code: This is the code of the branch and will be used to integrate the requests from TEAM (Timegate) to Orka Works
Branch Name: Here you can enter "Orka Works" as the branch name
Third-Party Supplier Branch: Be sure to tick this to enable it
The other fields you see are optional
Press save and there you have it - you have Orka Works set up as a Third-Party Supplier Branch!
