The App Does Not Detect My DC Readings

Before starting the following steps, please ensure that you are using unused electrodes and that you have connected the correct corresponding DC cables to your forehead and palm electrodes.

DC Cables not registering on the app may be caused by a variety of factors. Please refer the Troubleshooting Assessment article and ensure all steps are accounted for before proceeding.

Step 1

Plug in the sensor to a charger and ensure that the red light is present. This will ensure the sensor fully resets. Ensure that your phone is fully chagred as well as your sensor are fully charged.

Step 2

Conduct an assessment. If you need guidance, please refer to the article below.

Step 3

If the DC Cables are not registering on the app still after Step 2, please perform the following test. Place two new electodes together via the image below and attempt to perform an assessment.

After completing all of the above steps If the DC cables are not registering. Then the DC Cable port may be broken, or the DC cable itself. Contact OTO support for further assistance: support@oto.coach
