Where Do I Go to Fill Out and Submit a Seasonal Player Evaluation?

Users with evaluation permissions can submit seasonal player evaluations directly from the Team Page. Click the form icon next to a rostered player's name, select the evaluation form, fill it out, and save it.

Users who have been granted permission to submit evaluations will navigate to the Team Page and follow the steps below:

1. Once on the Team Page, scroll to the Rostered Players section. Click on the Form icon (paperclip) beside the player’s name. Select the form title from the dialog box, and the seasonal evaluation form will then display.

2. Fill out all information as needed and click Save once complete.
