Seasonal Grouping Fees allow you to charge a specific fee in Program Registration just for registrants who meet the Eligibility Settings for that Seasonal Grouping. If a registrant is eligible for more than one grouping, they will be prompted to choose a grouping. Set these up using the following steps:
From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > Fees & Discounts.
Create a new fee by clicking Add a New Registration Fee button. You can also edit an existing fee by clicking Edit.
Note: Do not check 'Auto Apply Fee to Registration'.
Go to Structure, and edit the Seasonal Grouping where you wish to attach the Fee. If you do not have any seasonal groupings added to your season structure, please add to your season structure levels and then add the groupings afterward.

Under Eligibility Settings, add in the proper Gender and/or the Birthdate Range for that Seasonal Grouping. This will add an Edit Fee button at the bottom. Click it to continue.
On the next page, select one or more fees from the list that are appropriate for this Seasonal Grouping. Click Save at the bottom.
Review your Seasonal Grouping, and if it is correct, click Save at the bottom to save your eligibility settings and the Seasonal Grouping Fee.
