Financial Aid can be offered on an as-needed basis by completing a proxy registration. As the club administrator, you can register a participant, and Proxy and Financial Aid will be available as a method of payment. Here are the steps:
When managing the Financial Aid settings for any Season, there is an option titled "Admin Proxy Only" next to the existing ON and OFF options
Selecting "Admin Proxy Only" displays a note in the dialog to the Admin saying that selecting "Admin Proxy Only" allows Administrators to choose "Apply for Financial Aid" on the Order Review step for any registrations of this Season during Proxy Registration.
Admins can enter a Financial Aid confirmation message to be included on the receipt back to the Proxied Household Admin.
Selecting "Admin Proxy Only" keeps "Apply for Financial Aid" hidden from the public during Public Registration. Selecting "Admin Proxy Only" provides Admins the "Apply for Financial Aid" option when Proxy Registering a participant for that Season
Order Management functionality operates as normal for Site Administrators to record Financial Aid payments, and elicit future payments from Household Admins associated with the participants who were Proxy Registered.
