A proxy registration will allow an admin user to complete a registration on behalf of a household in the system. This can be useful if the household doesn't have access to a computer or the internet, or if they are having issues registering on their end.
To complete a proxy registration for a household, navigate to Members. Enter the household's name or the name, email, or phone number of a member in the household and click the 'Search all Households' button. In the search results screen that pops up, click the hyperlinked name of the household that is found in the Household Name column.
After clicking on the household name, you'll be taken to the household's page in the system. Near the top right corner, you'll see the 'Register' option. If you do not see this button, be sure that you have the appropriate permissions in the system to access this feature.
Click on the 'Register' to begin a proxy registration for the household. You can progress through the registration process on behalf of the household and complete a registration for them. Please note that all payment options will be available to the site admin (such as cash or check) when checking out, even if the payment options are not enabled for the general public.
