Moving from one season to the next is simple in Participant Registration. Admins can clone any past season to create their new one. You can clone ALL or just a subset of the season settings. From Setup in any season in Programs, click the Clone Season button, provide a new name for your season, select which program to add the season to, and then check off the specific settings to clone.
The new season will be created with all the cloned settings already completed for you! Note: The seasonal dates for registration open/close, eligibility, and fees do not clone and will need to be set for each new season.
