On the Order page, a record of the credit card information that has been connected to a recurring payment is available. The record will list if the card is "Active" or "Disabled."
Credit Card Expiration Date
When installments are run, the system will check the stored credit card's expiration date. If the date has passed, the credit card will be disabled.
If the payment was disabled, a notification will be sent to the Household alerting them that a payment has been missed and their payment information requires an update.
Installments Have Failed
If an installment fails to run, the system will disable the credit card on file and will return an "Insufficient Funds" code to notify the Household Administrator.
