Phone It In - Creating a new PIN#

The system will only accept a 4-digit pin# not already in use by another JobID. Before an Admin can use their own 4-digit pin, check to ensure it's not already in use by clicking on “List all PhoneItIn pins” within the Season Structure Wizard element. If the 4-digit pin does not already exist, you can use it. Click to “Edit All Settings” and add the 4-digit PIN to the desired, current season under the Pin# column. When you save the changes at the bottom, it will be automatically added to the List of PINs to ensure it won't be used by another job.
