You can create customizable, printable data forms in Form Builder and place a data table into your Printable Data Forms.
From the navigation, select Settings > Forms & Docs > Printable Docs.
Add a new Group labeled "Team Rosters."
Create your new printable form by clicking the "Create Form" button.
Name the Form
Click on Add Basic Form Item.
Select Data Table.
Hover over the Data Table and click on the Edit icon.
Enter your Data Table Properties
Expand the right and bottom borders to increase the width and/or height of the table.
When increasing/decreasing the height, the table item will snap into place based on increments equal to the row height (varies depending on font size). The table must have a minimum height of one row.
Edit your table by customizing the following item options:
Header Background Color
Header Font Color
Table Font Family
Column Header Text
You can select objects to specify columns, re-order them, or remove them. However, the entire form must be based on the same data scope. Create filters to limit results and indicate sorting preference (alphabetical, numerical, ascending/descending).

When Printable Data Forms are printed, data table items will display exactly based on the number of rows it was sized to, regardless of more or fewer results.

Remember to Save to use again or Print Data Form.
