Adding an Extra Email to Your Message Sequence

After setting up your message sequence and launching your campaign, prospects will receive emails in the sequence's predetermined order.

If you decide to insert an additional email into the existing sequence while the campaign is running, you have the flexibility to do so. However, it's essential to note that prospects who have already engaged with the original sequence will not receive the newly added emails.

The new emails will only be sent to prospects who are newly engaged and following the revised order in the message sequence.
