To launch a campaign successfully, you'll need to incorporate the emails you intend to send to your prospects and establish the timing between these emails. Here's how to create a message sequence within your campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Manager by hovering over the "Campaigns" tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on the name of the campaign where you want to add the emails.

  3. Under the "Messaging" section, click on the "Configure" button.

โ€‹Please note that if you've added at least one template to your message sequence, the "Configure" button will not be present. Instead, you should click on the "Review & Edit" button.

  4. Begin building your message sequence by following these steps:

    • Hover over the "plus" icon.

    • Click on the floating "Email" icon.

    • Choose an existing email template if you've already added it in Outbase, or create a new template by clicking the "New Template" button.

    • If you have a template ready, select it. If not, proceed to create a new one.

    • After creating the template, click the "Save Template" button.
      โ€‹

  5. Hover over the "plus" icon again, then select the floating "Clock icon". This step allows you to specify the delay (in days) between your initial email and the next one (follow-up email).

  6. To add a follow-up email (if desired), hover over the "plus" icon again and select the "Email" floating icon.

  7. Continue building your message sequence by repeating the above steps for as many follow-up emails as you wish to include.

  8. Maintain the following sequence format:

    • Initial Email

    • Delay (if multiple emails)

    • Follow-up Email

    • Delay

    • Follow-up Email

    • Delay

    • Follow-up Email (The sequence should conclude with an email, not a delay.)
