A Subject Access Request or SAR, is where an individual requests access and a copy of their personal information from the company.

You can complete a SAR request directly through your organization. To do this, go to the Compliance section in the navigation menu and then click on the Data Export & Removal tab.

Type the prospect's email into the search box and press search, to locate the prospect's record.

Before removing the prospect, you can download the information that you had via the Export prospect data (SAR) button and send it to the prospect as confirmation that the RTE has been done.

Next press the Remove prospect data (RTE) button and their data will be removed.

In Outbase their name and other information will now show as Compliance Removal - so no data will be available for that prospect.
