You may currently be utilising a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage your contact database or other data sources to efficiently monitor your sales pipeline. If that's the case, Outbase provides a seamless way to export information about your engaged prospects.

Export Prospects

Exporting your prospects is simple and quick. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "All Prospects": Go to the "All Prospects" menu.

  2. Select Your Prospects: Choose "Prospects" and select the specific prospects you want to export, such as Engaged, Opened, Clicked, etc.

  3. Export Your Data: Click the "Export" button, and your file will download automatically.

For more control over the data you export, including specifying which fields are included or excluded:

  1. Access the Filter Menu: Refer to the image above to locate the filter menu.

  2. Customize Your Fields: Select your preferred fields.

  3. Apply and Export: Click "Apply" and then proceed to export your customised file.

Export Companies

You can also download your companies' data separately, similar to exporting prospects:

  1. Prospect Information: The prospects export will include company information such as industry and size if these fields are selected prior to export.

  2. Company View and Export: Focus on exporting company-specific information like the number of engaged prospects or those added to your campaigns.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and export your prospect and company data using Outbase.
