You can't delete a list, but you can archive it so it will no longer show in your Your Lists.

Head to the Lists tab in the menu bar and select Your Lists. Locate the list you wish to archive and press the Archive icon (located under the Actions column).

Once archived, the list will disappear from Your Lists. Should you wish to view all archived lists, you can do so by clicking the Status filter and selecting Archived.
