Important to Know
Invoices and receipts are only available on the platform you purchased from (website, Apple, Google or a wellness allowance platform).
OWNU cannot issue invoices for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google - receipts are provided by those platforms.
All receipts include your subscription amount, renewal details, and purchase date.
Website (Stripe)
If you purchased your subscription on the OWNU website:
Log in to your account on the website, under Manager Subscription in the footer.
Go to Account → Payment History.
Download your receipt or invoice directly.
Apple App Store (iOS)
If you purchased via Apple, receipts are issued by Apple and sent to the email linked to your Apple ID. You can also find them here:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name → Media & Purchases → View Account.
Select Purchase History to view your receipts.
Google Play Store (Android)
If you purchased via Google Play, receipts are issued by Google and sent to the email linked to your Google account. You can also find them here:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History.
Select your OWNU purchase to view the receipt.
Wellness Allowance Platforms - Friskvård (Benifex(Benify), Benefits, or Epassi)
If you purchased OWNU through a wellness allowance platform, your receipt or proof of purchase is provided directly by that platform:
Log in to your Benifex, Benefits, or Epassi account.
Go to your purchase history or order details section.
If your employer isn't connected to any of the platforms below, and you need a receipt - contact our Wellness Allowance Team who will assist you.

Var hittar jag mina kvitton eller fakturor?
Du hittar alltid dina kvitton och fakturor på den plattform där du köpte din prenumeration – det kan vara via vår webbplats, Apple App Store, Google Play eller en friskvårdsplattform. Alla kvitton innehåller information om belopp, datum och din prenumeration.
Hur hittar jag kvitton om jag köpt via OWNU:s webbplats?
Logga in på ditt konto på vår webbplats och gå till “Konto” → “Betalningshistorik”. Där kan du enkelt ladda ner ditt kvitto eller din faktura.
Hur hittar jag kvitton via Apple?
Har du köpt via Apple skickas kvittot till mailen kopplad till ditt Apple-ID. Du kan också hitta det direkt i din enhet under Inställningar → ditt namn → Media och köp → Visa konto → Köphistorik.
Hur hittar jag kvitton via Google?
Har du köpt via Google Play skickas kvittot till mailen kopplad till ditt Google-konto. Du kan även hitta det i Google Play Store under Betalningar och prenumerationer → Budget och historik.
Hur hittar jag kvitton via friskvårdsplattform?
Har du köpt via en friskvårdsplattform som Benifex (Benify),Benefits eller Epassi, hittar du ditt kvitto direkt via deras portal. Logga in på ditt konto och gå till din köphistorik eller orderdetaljer.
Min arbetsgivare är inte ansluten till en friskvårdsplattform – vad gör jag?
Om din arbetsgivare inte är ansluten till någon friskvårdsplattform och du behöver ett kvitto kan du kontakta oss här så hjälper vi dig vidare.
