Important to Know
Invoices and receipts are only available on the platform you purchased from (website, Apple, Google or a wellness allowance platform).
OWNU cannot issue invoices for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google - receipts are provided by those platforms.
All receipts include your subscription amount, renewal details, and purchase date.
Website (Stripe)
If you purchased your subscription on the OWNU website:
Log in to your account on the website, under Manager Subscription in the footer.
Go to Account → Payment History.
Download your receipt or invoice directly.
Apple App Store (iOS)
If you purchased via Apple, receipts are issued by Apple and sent to the email linked to your Apple ID. You can also find them here:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name → Media & Purchases → View Account.
Select Purchase History to view your receipts.
Google Play Store (Android)
If you purchased via Google Play, receipts are issued by Google and sent to the email linked to your Google account. You can also find them here:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History.
Select your OWNU purchase to view the receipt.
Wellness Allowance Platforms - Friskvård (Benifex, Epassi, Wellnet, Benefits)
If you purchased OWNU through a wellness allowance platform, your receipt or proof of purchase is provided directly by that platform:
Log in to your Benifex, Epassi, Wellnet, or Benefits account.
Go to your purchase history or order details section.
If your employer isn't connected to any of the platforms below, and you need a receipt - contact our Wellness Allowance Team who will assist you.
