Important to Know

  • Before reporting, please try the recommended troubleshooting steps (see below).

  • If the problem persists, you can report it as a potential bug and our team will investigate.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps

Before submitting your report, try these steps (they might fix the issue immediately):

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.

  • Restart the app.

  • Restart your device.

  • If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the app.

If the problem continues after trying these, then go ahead and submit the bug report following the steps below.

Steps to Report a Bug

If none of the troubleshooting steps solve the problem, please report it to us so our team can investigate.

When submitting a bug report via the in-app messenger or support portal, please include:

  • A clear description of what happened (and what you expected to happen).

  • Any error messages (screenshot or text).

  • Device details (e.g. iPhone 13, iOS 17.2; Samsung Galaxy S22, Android 14).

  • Your OWNU app version (found in the app’s settings).

  • If possible, attach screen shots or screen recording showing the issue in action.

What Happens After You Have Reported The Bug

Once we receive your bug report, we’ll confirm it has been submitted and pass it on to our technical team for investigation. If we need more details from you during the process, we’ll get in touch. When the issue has been resolved, we’ll do our best to notify you, depending on the nature of the fix.
