A version can be unpublished if you need to make changes to it, or want the link to become inactive. It's a great option for keeping content organised and up to date, and the version URL will remain intact until republished.
A Temporary Link can be used to view a version if it is unpublished.
How to unpublish a version
Navigate to the version you would like to unpublish on the document management page.
Select Documents from the main menu followed by ‘Search’.
Select ‘Manage’ for the document.
Select ‘Manage Version’ followed by ‘Unpublish’.
