Each document in your account has its own dashboard, which provides an overview of visits, as well as the visits to the versions stored within it.
The Document Dashboard is a great feature if you’re looking for a quick way to see how successful a document and its versions are doing!
How to navigate to the Document Dashboard
Select 'Documents' from the main menu followed by ‘Search’.
Select ‘Manage’ for the document you wish to view the analytics for.
Select the ‘Analytics’ button found to the top right of the page.
Document Dashboard - breakdown
Visits by issue (past 30 days)
View and download the number of views that your document has had each day over the past 30 days.
Visits by issue (past four months)
View and download the number of views that your document has had each month.
Versions overview
The section at the bottom of the page lists all versions saved within the document, along with the number of views it has had.
