Once a Security Rule has been created, it’s ready to apply to a Document. Security Rule are applied at Document level, which means they will be added to all Versions stored within it.
💡 Example
CitylifeBank have create a newsletter Document that contains a version for 'January', 'February' and 'March' - each version will use the same security rule.
Apply a Security Rule
Navigate to a Document.
Select the ‘Security Rules’ tab.
Choose the Security Rule from the drop-down list.
Select ‘Save’.
The Security Rule will then display on all Versions created within the Document.
