The Select option isn’t a panel type as such, but a tool to assist you as you create your design. When using this option, you can select, move and resize a panel. It will also load the panel Settings tab, enabling you to update the settings for the selected panel.
Where to find the Select Tool
Navigate to a Document.
Select ‘Design’ for the Version of the Document that you want to work on.
The Version will then open in Design mode and the Panel palette (one of the most important features of TigerDesigner!) can be found to the right of your page design.
How to select a panel
The Select tool is selected by default when you open a Version. It will also become active when you click on a panel on your page.
💡 If you would like to select more than one panel on the page, after selecting a panel, hold down the Ctrl key. then click on additional ones.
How to move a panel
Click on the panel that you would like to move.
Now click and drag the panel into the position you would like it to be on the page.
How to resize a panel
Click on the panel that you would like to resize
Now use the pointers to click and drag to adjust the size of the panel.
