Keep track of which Documents award a Badge, along with who's been awarded it using the Badge Analytics shortcut. It's a simple way to see the analytics in one place and download the data for your reporting needs.
What is a Badge?
A visitor can be awarded a Badge when they pass a test or quiz; it’s simple to set up and the only mandatory requirement is a name! There are various other options that can be configured too, which we recommend using to get the most from this feature. Read more about Badges & Certified Learning.
How to view Badge Analytics
Select 'Documents' from the main menu, followed by 'Badge Analytics'.
Tick the checkbox for each Badge that you would like to download the analytics for.
Select the ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ for the analytics that you would like to download.
Select the ‘Download’ button.
An spreadsheet of data will then be downloaded to your computer, listing the details of each Badge that has been awarded.
Badge Analytics can also be accessed by selecting 'Documents' from the main menu, followed by 'Badge Analytics'.
