If you are having trouble with scan results using the AT10K passport scanner, please review the demos below:

If you are still having trouble, please enable logs and Sample Files so we can take a deeper dive into what you are experiencing.

Once these settings have been configured scan as many different documents as you can for a couple of days and then reach out to our support team so we can gather samples and logs securely.
