Enable WiFi Calling:
iPhone: Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling > Turn on "WiFi Calling"
Android: Settings > Connections > WiFi Calling > Turn on "WiFi Calling"
When you first enable WiFi Calling, the system may ask you to enter an emergency address—just follow the prompts to complete.

No need for a new SIM card! If you're already a Panda Mobile customer, the OnePool feature automatically applies to your existing plan using your current SIM card. Just make sure your plan has been upgraded to a OnePool-enabled version. You can log in to https://pandacellular.com user dashboard to check your plan details or contact customer service to confirm your plan includes OnePool.
