How to withdraw my Pandabuy balance?🧐
I. Pandabuy Website
First, please apply via ”Wallet”-”Withdraw”. We will process your application asap.
Then, it will turn to the next page, which will show all of your historical transactions you have made on our platform, please choose one and click "Withdraw" again.
Next, a refund application will pop up on the system page, enter the amount you want to refund and click "Confirm", the refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method you paid for the transaction you have just selected.
After submit application, you can check the result on the "Withdrawal Record" , which displays the status.
II. Pandabuy App
First, please apply via ”Balance”-”Withdraw”. We will process your application asap.
Then, it will turn to the next page, which will show all of your historical transactions you have made on our platform, please choose one and click "Withdraw" again.
Next, a refund application will pop up on the system page, enter the amount you want to refund and click "Confirm", the refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method you paid for the transaction you have just selected.
After submit application, you can check the result on the "Withdrawal Record" , which displays the status.

1. Please note the transaction method, the refund will be back to the original channel.
2. If you have multiple transactions and are not sure which one to withdraw, just choose one and make sure that the available amount is greater than your balance and the transaction method you can receive the refund.
3. Please be noted that choose the transaction only means to choose the payment method to receive the withdrawal, that does not mean the transaction could be refunded.

The other top up method —— Pixpay & Speipay
Brazil/BRL or Mexico/MXN Withdrawals cannot be returned to the original payment channel.
If you want to withdraw, there are two situations.
1. In addition to Pixpay/Speipay, you have previously used other top up methods like credit card, paypal, etc. to recharge your Pandabuy balance, you can choose to withdraw the balance to these payment channels.
2. If you only used Pixpay/Speipay for topping up or ran out of withdrawal credit through other channels, it recommends that you contact our online customer service and provide your PayPal account. Our financial department will manually refunded the money to your Paypal. It usually needs take 1-7 working days (including Pandabuy processing time)
