Lots let you apply a single lump-sum price to a group of line items instead of pricing each one individually. Use them when a contractor requests one price for a scope rather than a line-by-line breakdown.

1. Open the Lot Folder

  1. In the Pricing & Lead Time tab, click the pencil icon to open the lot modal.

  2. Resize the modal by dragging it to your preferred height.

2. Create the lot

  1. Click the + (plus) icon inside the lot modal.

  2. Enter the lot name, cost, and any margin or discount.

  3. Minimize the modal when done — your lot is now ready to assign.

3. Assign the line items to the Lot

You have two ways to assign a lot to a line item:

  1. Select an option:

    • A. Double-click the Lot cell on a line item and select the lot from the dropdown.

    • B. Click the Lot cell and start typing the lot name — it will appear as a suggestion to select.

Tip: To assign the same lot to multiple lines quickly, copy the assigned cell (Ctrl + C), select the other line items that need the same lot, then paste (Ctrl + V).
