Bulk Edit lets you update multiple line items at once in the Pricing & Lead Time tab — saving time when applying consistent margins, lead times, lot assignments, or other fields across your BOM.
| 1. Select the Lines to Edit |
In the Pricing & Lead Time tab, select the checkboxes next to the products you want to edit.
Click the pencil icon (✎) to open the Bulk Edit panel.
The following fields can be bulk edited:
Quantity
Manufacturer
Specification
Mass assign Lot
Cost $
Per (Unit of Measure)
Discount % or Discount $
Margin % or Margin $
Lead Time value
Source Quote Number
Quote Notes (External)
Internal Comments

Enter the value you want to apply across all selected products.
Click Save — all selected line items will update immediately.
Tip: Use the Bulk Edit feature to mass assign a lot to multiple line items at once — select the lines, open Bulk Edit, and choose the lot from the Mass Assign Lot field. |
Note: Lots and itemized pricing cannot be bulk edited at the same time. |
