The Per column lets you accurately capture costs based on unit of measure — whether pricing per each, per hundred, per thousand, or a custom value — so your quotes reflect the correct pricing structure.
| 1. Select the Per Column |
In the Pricing & Lead Time tab, click the three vertical dots and select Manage Columns.
Ensure the Per column is checked on.
Drag to reorder the column to your preferred position in the table.
Click Confirm.
| 2. Enter the Unit of Measure |
Double-click the Per cell on a line item.
Enter the correct unit of measure.
Tip: Standard values are 1 (E) for each, 100 (C) for per hundred, and 1000 (M) for per thousand. You can also enter a free-form value. |
To bulk assign the same Per value to multiple lines, select the checkboxes on the relevant lines and click the pencil icon (✎) to bulk edit.
| 3. Review the UoM on the Quote |
Click Create Quote in the Pricing & Lead Time tab.
In the quote customization panel, expand the Pricing and Lead Time section.
Ensure Unit Price is toggled on — this displays the unit of measure on the customer-facing quote.
