How to Include PDFs in Your Quote

Learn how to append one or more PDF attachments to your quote — delivering supporting documents alongside your pricing in one clean package.

You can append one or more PDF files to your quote — useful for attaching gear specs, submittals, or any supporting documents your customer needs alongside the pricing.

1.Attach PDFs During Quote Creation

  1. Complete your pricing in the Pricing & Lead Time tab and click Create Quote.

  2. In the quote customization screen, toggle on Attachments if it isn't already enabled.

  3. Upload your PDF file(s) — drag and drop or click to browse.

Note: Attachments are appended after the quote in the order you upload them. Only PDF files are supported.
