At our partner locations, it's important to recognize and handle oversized packages correctly. Here’s what you need to know:

What is an Oversized Package?

A package is classified as oversized if it meets either of the following criteria:

  • Weight: More than 25 lbs.

  • Dimensions: Larger than 2 feet by 2 feet.

Packages smaller or lighter than these measurements are not considered oversized.

Approval Process for Oversized Packages

Customers who wish to send oversized packages are aware that they need approval from your location before proceeding, we will reach out to you for approval. Ensure you review and approve these requests before accepting the packages.

Fee for Handling Oversized Packages

  • Standard Fee: $10 for each oversized package checked in and stored at your location.

  • Compensation: You will receive the full $10 fee for every oversized package you handle.
