Checking in oversized packages

Learn how to effortlessly manage oversized packages with our easy-to-follow guide for partner stores. Discover step-by-step instructions on checking in oversized items through your partner app, ensuring a smooth process and timely notifications for your customers.

  1. Access Reservation Details

    • Open your partner app and go to the Bookings tab located at the lower left side.

    • Click on the dropdown menu at the upper right side and select "Packages."

  2. View Active Reservations

    • Under the Customer's tab, click on "View All" to see all active reservations.

  3. Select Customer and Package

    • Identify the customer who sent the package by checking their name and Bounce code on the shipping label.

    • Click on the customer's name to open their reservation details.

  4. Check-In Process

    • Within the customer's details, find the option to "Check In Package" and click on it.

    • The customer's Bounce code will automatically fill the corresponding section.

  5. Mark as Oversized

    • Below, you'll find a checkbox to mark the package as oversized. Ensure this box is checked.

  6. Finalize Check-In

    • Click on "Check In Package" to complete the process.

    • The oversized package will be checked in, and the customer will receive a notification.

By following these steps, your partner stores can efficiently handle oversized packages and keep customers informed about their shipments.
