Access Reservation Details
Open your partner app and go to the Bookings tab located at the lower left side.
Click on the dropdown menu at the upper right side and select "Packages."
View Active Reservations
Under the Customer's tab, click on "View All" to see all active reservations.
Select Customer and Package
Identify the customer who sent the package by checking their name and Bounce code on the shipping label.
Click on the customer's name to open their reservation details.
Check-In Process
Within the customer's details, find the option to "Check In Package" and click on it.
The customer's Bounce code will automatically fill the corresponding section.
Mark as Oversized
Below, you'll find a checkbox to mark the package as oversized. Ensure this box is checked.
Finalize Check-In
Click on "Check In Package" to complete the process.
The oversized package will be checked in, and the customer will receive a notification.
