How to Check Out Packages on Your Partner App

Learn how to check out packages using the QR code or manually through your partner app with these easy-to-follow steps.

This guide will help you manage package check-outs independently, reducing the need to contact our support team.

Checking Out a Package Using the QR Code

1. Log In and Navigate to Bookings

  • Open your partner app and log in.

  • Go to the Bookings tab.

  • Select Package Service from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.

2. Access the Check-In/Out Section

  • Click on the Check-In/Out button at the bottom of the app.

  • Select Packages.

3. Scan the QR Code

  • Take a photo of the QR code provided by the customer.

  • Click on Take Picture to check out the package. Please make sure that you only take a photo of the QR code only to avoid having the packages duplicated.

Manually Checking Out a Package without the QR code and only using a PIN code

If you can't use the QR code, follow these steps to check out a package manually:

1. Log In and Navigate to Bookings

  • Open your partner app and log in.

  • Go to the Bookings tab.

  • Select Package Service from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.

2. View All Checked-In Packages

  • Click on View All under the checked-in section.

  • This will display all the packages that are currently checked in.

3. Select the Customer and Package

  • Choose the customer whose package you want to check out.

  • Enter the secret code/PIN code provided by the customer.

4. Check Out the Package

  • Click on the specific package code.

  • Click on Check Out Package.
