FAQs for Coordinators

Short answers to some common questions.

Written by Robin Abbott

Who is the Coordinator?

  • The Coordinator is the person your school designated as the point of contact when purchasing PDP Digital Teacher Edition licenses. Each school has one Coordinator.

  • The Coordinator manages the school's licenses from the Subscription Management page — assigning a teacher to each license, and reassigning a license if a teacher leaves or changes grades.

Can I add another Coordinator?

  • Each school has one designated Coordinator, so a second Coordinator can't be added. However, the role can be transferred to a different person.

How do we change the Coordinator role to another person?

  • The Coordinator role can't be changed from the Subscription Management page.

  • The current Coordinator or the school administrator should request the change by contacting the ACSI Care Team at careteam@acsi.org with the name and email address of the new Coordinator.

  • ACSI will send the new Coordinator an email invitation with a secure link to Subscription Management for them to click on to log in.

What is Subscription Management?

  • Subscription Management is where the Coordinator assigns teachers to your school's licenses. Each row is one license for one product. Assigning a teacher gives that teacher access to the product.

How do I get access to the Subscription Management page?

  • The Coordinator is the person your school designated as the point of contact when purchasing PDP Digital Teacher Edition licenses. You don't need to sign up — ACSI will send you an invite email with a secure link to Subscription Management. Click the link in that email to log in.

  • If you're not sure who your school's Coordinator is, or you believe you should have received this invite and haven't, contact the ACSI Care Team at careteam@acsi.org.

Can someone else use the link in my Coordinator invite email to manage our licenses?

  • Your invite email is issued specifically to you as the designated Coordinator, so forwarding it doesn't pass along access.

  • Only the designated Coordinator can sign in to Subscription Management and assign licenses. If someone else needs to manage your school's licenses, the Coordinator role can be transferred to them. (See “How do we change the Coordinator role to another person?” above.)

Understanding license status

Status

What it means

Unassigned

No teacher is attached yet. No one has access.

Assigned/Active

A teacher has been invited and the license is active.

Expired

The license term has ended.

Cancelled

The license has been cancelled and can't be assigned.

Tip: The Activated date shows when you sent the invite — not when the teacher has logged in. If a teacher says they haven't gotten access yet, have them check their email (including spam) for the invite.

Why can’t I see E-book purchases from the Subscription Management page?

  • PDP Digital is the digitized version of Purposeful Design Publications (PDP) Teacher Editions. E-book purchases are a separate ACSI product and are not managed through this platform, so they will not appear on your Subscription Management page.

  • For all E-book-related inquiries, contact the ACSI Care Team at careteam@acsi.org.

Interested in doing more with Edusfere?

  • PDP Digital gives you full access to your PDP curriculum, ready to teach. If your school would like to create its own courses, lessons, and activities beyond your PDP content—or use Edusfere's broader planning and curriculum-management tools—those capabilities are available with an Edusfere school subscription.

  • To learn more or see the platform in action, visit Edusfere.com. Because subscriptions are offered at the school level, your school administration can reach out to get started.
