If you think transactions are not being imported as they should be into Tali, this could be for a couple of reasons.
If you import online transactions from a third party such as ParentPay or sQuid, ensure that your pupil data is up-to-date and you have mapped all unmapped transactions.
MISapp may not be working if the network server on which it is installed has been re-installed, moved or taken off-line. In this case you should reinstall and reconfigure MISapp, as described in the Tali MISapp Articles.
Note: If you cannot remember your MISapp email, password or organisation ID you will need to contact us to obtain these and you can do this by emailing support@mypebble.co.uk.
