Resolve transactions not being imported automatically in Tali

If you think transactions are not being imported as they should be into Tali, this could be for a couple of reasons.

  1. If you import online transactions from a third party such as ParentPay or sQuid, ensure that your pupil data is up-to-date and you have mapped all unmapped transactions.

  2. MISapp may not be working if the network server on which it is installed has been re-installed, moved or taken off-line. In this case you should reinstall and reconfigure MISapp, as described in the Tali MISapp Articles.
    Note:
If you cannot remember your MISapp email, password or organisation ID you will need to contact us to obtain these and you can do this by emailing support@mypebble.co.uk.

Check your pupil data is up-to-date and you have mapped all unmapped transactions

Importing from ParentPay

From the ParentPay menu in Tali:

  • Use Map Names to map any new names that have been imported from ParentPay to names in Tali.

  • Use the Unmapped ParentPay Transactions report to view transactions that have not been mapped.

  • Use Map Accounts / Payment Items to view any ParentPay accounts that have not yet been mapped in Tali.

For more information, see the Article, Manage ParentPay Integration.

Importing from sQuid

From the sQuid menu in Tali:

  • Use Map Contacts to map any new names that have been imported from sQuid into Tali.

  • Use Pending Import to view transactions that will be imported from sQuid offers into accounts in Tali.

  • Use Map Offers to Accounts to match sQuid offers to Tali Accounts.

For more information, see the Article, sQuid Integration.
