ParentPay transactions can be imported into Tali automatically. The automatic integration is described here.
Use the ParentPay menu to do the following:
We will Authenticate Tali with your ParentPay credentials on your chosen date from which you want to import transactions from ParentPay into Tali.
Use Map Settlement Accounts to view your bank account mappings to ensure that transactions import into the correct names and accounts in Tali.
Most names will map automatically, between Tali and ParentPay, using the pupil's unique MIS number, but if not, you can use the Map Names screen to map those that don't.
Use the Map Accounts/Payment Items to map your accounts in Tali with payment items (accounts) in ParentPay. This ensures that the ParentPay transactions import into the correct names and accounts in Tali.
Use Unmapped ParentPay Transactions to view any transactions that have not been mapped or do not need to be mapped/imported into Tali.
Use the Bank & Cash and Transactions menus to do the following:
