You need to use this process to reconcile your bank statements with your ParentPay income credited to your bank account when you receive your bank statement.
When ParentPay credits a settlement amount to your bank account you see this settlement figure on your bank statement, usually once a week. When you then get your bank statement, you can Transfer between Bank Accounts to reconcile this net settled amount.
Transfer from the Settlement Account to another bank account to reconcile online payments
Select Bank & Cash > Transfer between Bank Accounts.
Select the Settlement Account as the Transfer From bank account.
Select the Transfer To bank account.
Enter the Amount to transfer.
Select the transfer Date.
Click Transfer.
