Finished a project but realized you need to make some changes? No sweat — it’s super easy to pull a completed project back into your active queue.

Let’s get that project back in action! 💪🎨

🔄 How to Reopen a Completed Project

  1. Head over to your Penji dashboard.

  2. Click the “Completed” tab to check out all your wrapped-up projects. 📁✅

  3. Find the project you want to revisit and click “Options”.

  4. Scroll down and click the “Move to active” button.

  5. And just like that — 💥 it’s back in your Active queue, ready for more design magic!

💡 Pro Tip: Use “On Hold” for Projects Still Under Review

If you're not completely sure a project is done — maybe it still needs a final review from your customer or internal team — consider using the “On Hold” option instead of marking it as completed.

This helps keep things organized and signals to your team (and ours!) that the project isn’t 100% wrapped just yet. 👀

📝 Don’t Forget: Leave a Clear Comment

Once your project is back in the Active queue, be sure to drop a note about what needs to be changed. The clearer your instructions, the quicker your designer can get rolling! 🛠️💬
