Penji operates as a continuous creative workflow, tackling your requests efficiently. If your queue feels stalled, it usually means we are waiting for your input. Here is a direct guide to keeping your projects moving forward without delays.
🗣️ 1. Feedback is Essential for Progress
We do not move forward on projects while they are in the "In Review" status. This pause is completely intentional. We require your feedback to ensure the design is heading in the exact right direction before our designers invest more time into it.
As soon as you receive a project update, please review it and provide your thoughts. The faster you give us the green light or request adjustments, the faster we can resume progress and deliver your final files.
⏸️ 2. Utilize the 'On Hold' Feature
Are you waiting for internal client approvals or gathering more information for a specific design? You can place that project on hold to temporarily pause it.
Putting a project on hold frees up your designer to immediately start working on the next active item in your queue. Once you have the necessary information, simply move the project back to "Active" and your designer will pick up right where they left off.
📋 3. Prioritize Your Queue
If you have multiple projects drafted in your account, you are in complete control of the execution order. Simply drag and drop your projects to prioritize them.
The project at the very top of your active queue is what your designer will focus on first. Keeping your queue organized ensures our team is always working on your most urgent needs.
📊 4. Understand Your Active Projects Limit
Depending on your specific subscription plan, Penji works on either 1 or 2 active projects simultaneously. Understanding your plan's limit helps you set the right expectations for your team and ensures a smooth, predictable flow of deliverables.
